Our official logistics partners are DHL& FedEx, renowned for their extensive delivery networks and time-definite solutions to over 200+ countries and territories worldwide. Please visit FEDEX / DHL website for specific services available in your country. We retain the right to make the final decision on which carrier your package is shipped. On rare occasions, we may use alternative carriers for logistical or operational reasons.
Orders below $100 will be charged fix $15 freight
Orders above $100 having weight up to 250 kgs will be charged 0 freight (if agreed)
For order above $100 having weight above 250 kgs may attract extra freight, BUYER has to contact SELLER to choose shipping options from Airport delivery, Door delivery & Sea delivery which may have different freight costs.
Processing and Delivery
All orders with stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm IST. (Payment must be received within 7 days of placing an order. In case of non-receipt of the payment your order will be terminated and the item will be made available for purchase to other buyers). With that said, we will do our best to ship your order the same day, if it comes in before 1:00 pm IST, Monday to Friday. We will notify you promptly if an item ordered is backordered. If you need something delivered on urgent basis, we suggest you call us to make sure we can ship the item you need, for delivery when you need it. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email containing the carrier’s name and a tracking number with a link to their website, allowing you to track your consignment. Please be noted that the ETD will be around 10-12 working days after your article is shipped.
Packaging: Package having weight up to 40 kgs will be packed in a corrugated box unless it’s a delicate or fragile item. Package having weight above 40 kgs will require to be packed in a heat-treated lumber as per the logistics norms. Most items we carry ship from our location.

Arrange Your Own Shipping
If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, you have the option to do so. However, this process may attract packing and handling charges. To use your own shipping company, please contact our sales team with your account details & your desired shipping service, the rest will be taken care of. It is important to highlight that by choosing your own shipping, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. You will be solely responsible to resolve any issues directly with your shipping company.
Import Custom Charges
As an addon to our standard Term and Conditions, when ordering from 
, for items being exported from INDIA, we want our International Customers to know that additional costs may be involved. Any duties, vats, or other applicable taxes, customs broker fees or other fees due upon entry to the buyer’s county, are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot calculate these for you. You will need to contact your local Government representative to find out what these additional costs might add to the final delivery cost of your order.
Buyer will be responsible to keep a track on their incoming package and to furnish all the required details by the logistics. If the buyer fails to clear customs or refuses the incoming shipment, there will be no option for us to receive the returned material and we will not be in a possession of the goods.
Combined shipping is done at the seller’s discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate/single packages.
All shipments to locations outside of the INDIA are shipped CNF
Domestic Buyers – There will be 18% GST applicable on the items purchased within INDIA.
